Shipping Information

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders with product totals greater than $200.00. A shipping charge of $8.95 will be charged for all orders totaling less than $200.00 before tax is added. Orders can only be shipped within the continental US. Received orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day Monday through Friday. Products not in stock will be sent as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

Tax

An 9.5% percent sales tax will be applied to orders for Washington State Residents that do not have a prescription. Prescription supplements are not taxable but a prescription must be supplied from a qualified health care practitioner.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Phone Orders

For phone orders call us at 425-822-8356. We welcome special orders, however, they are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We will accept returned items within 30 days of receipt for refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge with the exception of refrigerated products, special orders, sale products, and any product where the seal is broken or product has been opened. Items must be properly packaged and returned at the customers expense. We must receive these products unopened and in new condition in order to give a refund.
When you return products to us, please package them adequately and return them along with a copy of the receipt to: Anderson Natural Health Dispensary, 607 Market Street, Kirkland, WA 98033.
